Nuclear powered machines to suck climate changing CO2 back out of the air might be powerful enough to overcome the
 "The atmosphere is too big and the CO2 too dilute." issue sufficiently to take some of the edge off Climate Change's "PEOPLE KILLING" HOT summer days.

 

In many parts of the world, such as sub-Saharan Africa, there is also a need for significant increases in energy consumption to improve human development. "Air Contactor" is the descriptive name this website has adopted for non-authorized explorations into variants of Carbon Engineering's air contactor.)

A High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactor (HTGR) that could power the above. 
The General Atomics EM2 HTGR appears to be hot enough to power the above Air Contactor.

A CO2-Capturing Flash Seascrubber
Many flash desalinators can have carbon-capture added to it's early stages. There are more than 1,500 flash desalinators in the MidEast.
Some MidEast desalinators are already capturing a bit of the CO2 to add "sparkle" to their desalinated fresh water product.
